AcceptCard is a UK card-payment account team, not just a one-off introducer. We place you with the right UK acquirer for your trade, then stay your named contact for the life of the account. Eight stages, free to apply, acquirer pays our commission. Most quote sets out within 72 hours; the account-team relationship is ongoing from go-live.

    You tell us your trade, average ticket size, monthly card volume, current provider (if any) and risk profile. Companies House autocomplete fills in your business details. No card details collected. Free to apply.

    We match you against 80+ UK acquirers

    Day 0 to Day 3

    We score your enquiry against the UK acquirer panel most likely to approve and beat your current pricing. Mainstream acquirers (Dojo, SumUp, Square, Stripe, Adyen, Worldpay) for low- and mid-risk trades. Specialist acquirers for high-risk verticals (CBD, vape, online gambling, dating, subscription, adult). Multiple offers, side by side.

    You receive 2 to 3 matched quotes

    Day 1 to Day 3

    One email with the matched offers, by acquirer, with the rate, contract length, exit fees and settlement schedule disclosed line by line. You decide which to take, or none. We do not ring you on loop or pass your details outside the disclosed panel.

    You sign with the acquirer that fits

    Day 3 to Day 10

    We help you complete the merchant onboarding (Companies House check, beneficial-ownership disclosure, KYC). Acquirer pays our commission on the completed introduction. You owe us nothing.

    We stay your named UK account team

    From go-live, ongoing

    From go-live onwards, AcceptCard is your point of contact, not the acquirer's helpline. Direct line to a named account manager for support, escalation and account management. The acquirer still owns the merchant agreement; we own the relationship.

    Quarterly rate reviews

    Every 90 days

    Every three months we check your effective blended rate against the 80+ UK acquirer panel. If a better deal exists for your current volume we renegotiate with your existing acquirer. If they will not move we surface the matched alternative.

  7. 07

    Chargeback and dispute help

    Within 24 hours of notification

    When a chargeback lands we draft the merchant response, gather the evidence (delivery proof, SCA logs, customer correspondence) and submit through your acquirer dashboard. UK chargebacks cost £15 to £35 per case and 60-80% are friendly fraud you can win with the right evidence.

    Switching support when you outgrow

    When a better fit emerges

    If your volume, trade or trading shape changes such that a different acquirer wins on TCA, we manage the switch. Contract notice period, exit-fee negotiation, dual-running gap management, customer-facing terminal swap. Same account team across acquirers.

What does it cost to use AcceptCard as my account team?

Free to apply and free to use. Acquirers, brokers and partners pay our commission on completed introductions. You owe us nothing on top of the merchant agreement you sign with the acquirer. We disclose our commission relationship on every introduction.

What is the difference between AcceptCard support and the acquirer's helpline?

The acquirer's helpline answers technical questions about their specific product. AcceptCard support handles the merchant relationship: escalation when the helpline cannot fix something, rate reviews when your volume grows, chargeback drafting, switching when you outgrow. Direct line to a named UK account manager, not a triaged ticket queue.

Can I switch acquirer while keeping AcceptCard as my account team?

Yes. We are deliberately acquirer-neutral. If a different UK acquirer beats your current setup on TCA we manage the switch and stay your account team across the move. The merchant agreement transfers to the new acquirer; the AcceptCard relationship stays with you.

How does AcceptCard handle high-risk verticals like online gambling, CBD and dating?

We work a separate specialist-acquirer panel for high-risk verticals: gambling, crypto, dating, subscription, adult, supplements, CBD, vape, firearms, travel, pawnbroking. We disclose the risk classification upfront on every introduction so the right underwriter is contacted from the start, not after a mainstream decline.

How quickly do I get my first quotes after submitting the form?

Most quote sets out within 24 to 72 hours by email. Some specialist or high-volume cases take 3 to 7 business days because the acquirer underwriting team needs longer to look at your books.

Do I have to use AcceptCard support after I sign?

No, but most merchants do. The account-team relationship is included free for the life of the merchant agreement. You can still call the acquirer directly for anything; we just give you a faster escalation path and remove the dial-back-1-for-billing nonsense.

Who owns my data when I submit the form?

Best Business Loans Ltd (Companies House 16833937, ICO registered). We pass your contact details only to the acquirers in the disclosed panel matched to your enquiry. We do not sell your data outside that panel. UK GDPR compliant. Read our privacy policy at /privacy/.
