Terms of use
By using AcceptCard you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
AcceptCard is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16833937, registered office Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, Essex CO9 4EB.
2. Our role
AcceptCard publishes editorial reviews of card terminals and merchant accounts, runs comparison content, and introduces UK businesses to acquirers, brokers and direct payment partners. We are not an acquirer, payment institution, e-money issuer or regulated financial adviser.
3. Applicant warranties
By submitting an enquiry or quote request you warrant that:
- The information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
- You are authorised to act on behalf of the business named on the form.
- If your business operates in a high-risk category (CBD, vape, adult, firearms, gambling, supplements), you have declared this honestly so we route to a category-accepting acquirer.
4. No guarantee of approval
Acquirers run their own underwriting. A quote does not guarantee a contract. A contract may be subject to additional verification, ongoing monitoring and category-specific terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Submit false or fraudulent enquiries.
- Misrepresent your business category to evade acquirer underwriting.
- Scrape or republish content commercially without permission.
- Attempt to compromise site security.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, hardware photography and review verdicts are the property of Best Business Loans Ltd. Quote brief extracts with attribution and a link back. Bulk reproduction or commercial republication requires written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcceptCard and Best Business Loans Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site, an introduction made through it, or any acquirer or processing contract you take. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.
8. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint about AcceptCard, the editorial content, the lead-form service, or your subsequent acquirer relationship that was introduced through us, email adam@muswellrose.com. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and resolve within fifteen working days.
AcceptCard is an introducer service, not a regulated payment services provider. Complaints about the acquirer itself (terminal hardware, settlement, fees, account closure) should be raised first with the acquirer under their own complaints procedure. UK payment-services complaints can be escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service where the acquirer falls within the FOS scheme.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
